Application for Undergraduate Programmes

If you’re applying for any programme, whether it’s a Diploma or Degree here’s our step-by-step guide for applications, admission, and enrolment.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAMME

 View Your Study Options (Programmes): Browse through the available diploma programmes.

 Check the Programme Application Closing Dates: Ensure you’re aware of the deadlines for each programme.

STEP 2: START YOUR ADMISSION

 Ensure You Have an Active Email Address: Make sure you have an up-to-date personal email for communication.

 Select Your Preferred Programme: Choose your preferred programme according to your qualifications. You can select up to 12 institutions/programmes.

 Pay the Application Fee: The application fee is Tshs. 10,000 per institution, with a maximum of Tshs. 30,000 for additional choices (Non-refundable).

 Receive a Control Number for Payment: After selecting your programmes, you will receive a Control Number for payment.

 Payment Options: Make your payment through Mobile Money services or Bank.

 Read the Admission Guidebook: Review the Admission Guidebook to check the entry qualifications for your selected programme.

STEP 3: PROCEED WITH YOUR APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION SECTIONS:

 First-Time Applicants: Click here to start your application if you’re applying for the first time.

 Returning Applicants: If you are already registered, click here to log in and continue your application.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAMME:

 First-Time Applicants: View your study options (Programmes) by clicking here.

      • Check the programme Application closing dates.
      • Please ensure you check the admission requirements for your desired program.

 Returning Applicants: If you already have an account, click here to log in and continue your application.

STEP 2: START YOUR ADMISSION:
  •  Before you apply you will need, your up-to-date active personal email address and phone number.
  • Register on the application portal by clicking here.
  • Register for a new account
STEP 3: COMPLETE ALL YOUR APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION SECTIONS, INCLUDING:
  • Academic History: Enter all qualifications you have completed or are currently completing.
  • Programme Selection: Choose your intended programme.
  • Document Upload: Upload any requested documents (e.g., transcripts from previous studies).
  • Submit your application once all sections are complete.
STEP 4: TRACK YOUR APPLICATION PROGRESS:
  • Stay updated on the status of your application by regularly checking your application portal. You will be notified of any updates or required actions.
  • Make sure to log in with your credentials to view your progress and any additional steps needed to complete your application.
STEP 5: VIEW YOUR APPLICATION DECISION::
  • Once your application has been reviewed, you can view your admission decision by logging into your application portal. You will be notified when your decision is available.
